Rumour has it that Rahul Gandhi ignored Shah Rukh at a recent party
If rumours are to be believed Shah Rukh Khan may have just lost one of his very powerful friends to Salman. Mid Day reports that Rahul Gandhi chose to spend time with Salman Khan at the Milind Deora-Pooja Shetty wedding earlier this month.
The paper has quoted sources saying that although Rahul did exchange pleasantries with Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, 'the major amount of time was spent with the 'other' Khan'.
It seems Salman Khan was openly speaking against Shah Rukh and telling of the times when Shah Rukh stayed with him during his initial years.
However another source was quoted as saying, "The Gandhis are close personal friends of Shah Rukh. They are present at his parties, private screenings of his films and the Kolkata Knight Riders matches. But he is too politically correct to ignore Salman. This won't come in the way of his friendship with SRK. They are above all these trivial things."
