Minor Girl Issues Notices To Kamal Hassan, Sudeep And Darshan |
Seems like Tamil icon Kamal Hassan, Sandalwood's Superstars Kiccha Sudeep and Challenging Star Darshan are involved in a family dispute. The trio has received a legal notice from 17 year old minor girl, Daksha Gowda. Bangalore Mirror has reported that Daksha Gowda has filed the suit for injunction over Triveni theatre's land in Gandhinagara, Bangalore. She has issued notice to Kamal Hassan, Sudeep, Darshan, and Karnataka Film Chamber Of Commerce (KFCC) President HD Gangaraju, after she learnt that they were willing to purchase the land jointly.
The property, which stands in the heart of the city was leased for the theatres by Daksha's grandfather RS Devkumar and his younger brother RS Umesh in 1996. Later, the duo came across the dispute over the leased land, which was settled down in 1998. Daksha has claimed her share over the ancestral property. The injunction is sought against Daksha's father Ananth, grandfather's younger brother RS Umesh and his family members. Daksha is the daughter of Anant and Sheela, who are now separated. However, Daksha's advocate Shankrappa has cleared that he has cautioned the actors for neglecting his client's share, and the scheduled property, which they are trying to purchase is illegal and not in accordance with law. He said, "We are only intimating them that we have a share and that they should take us into confidence before going ahead with the deal. The legal notice is a formality."

I’ll always Love, Respect And Care For Him Sussanne |
The news that Hrithik Roshan and his wife Sussanne are separating after 17 years of what seemed like a fairy tale relationship, took Bollywood by shock. Hrithik's statement to the press read — "Sussanne has decided to separate from me and end our 17-year relationship (13 years of marriage). This is a very trying time for the entire family and I request the media and the people to grant us our privacy at this time..." One hears many of Sussanne's close friends were upset with the way her actor husband had worded his press statement. Public sympathy is divided. While many sided with Hrithik, Sussanne's close circle feel that the light-eyed Bollywood superstar had tried to project himself as the victim. And, that he made it look like it was solely Sussanne's decision to call it quits.
However, far from being crestfallen, Sussanne glowed in a maroon dress at her first public outing since the news of her marriage having hit rock bottom broke. Unhesitatingly she told us, "No, I don't feel bad about what Hrithik said because I will always respect, love and care for him for the rest of my life. So, I will never feel bad for anything he says or does." The occasion was the launch of yet another of Sussanne's new business venture where she has collaborated with two other Bollywood wives. As expected, the attendance was marked by the best in Bollywood. Shah Rukh Khan and wife Gauri, Salman Khan, Sridevi, Shilpa Shetty, Lara Dutta and Vikram Phadnis, to name a few, came, as did Arjun Rampal and his wife Mehr.
Right from ensuring that the music played non-stop to looking into other minute details as she climbed the six flight of stairs in the building we were in, Sussanne also played a bit of hide and seek with the paparazzi that hounded her. However, more often than not, she stood around because her high-profile guests poured in continuosly. And, as a hostess, she couldn't be missing in action. In fact, it was rather cute to see her tip-toe around, holding her high-heel golden shoes in her hand because her feet gave way with all the climbing around she did. When a small window of opportunity for a conversation opened up, we asked how she was coping. "I am fortunate to not feel any pressure because I am surrounded by good people... my family, my in-laws... they are all good people. So, I don't think anything is bad. Sometimes, people move on, but that doesn't make anybody bad. My in-laws are family for me, they always will be. However, sometimes in life, two good people have to part. One should move on and enjoy other things in life," she said.

Taapsee Pannu Interview |
Taapsee admits to being very selective about the Tamil films she signs. With two hits in three films, the strategy seems to be working fine for the 23-year-old. The actress seems to be taking up only big-star productions — Dhanush's Adukalam, Jiiva's Vanthan Vendran and the latest, Ajith's Arrambam, releasing in Telugu as Aata Arrambam.
The Punjabi kudi reckons it is "the role" and not the star that's the "defining factor". "In Tamil cinema, I've consciously sought roles that make up a significant part of the film's narrative, rather than just play the glam doll," says Taapsee, who essays the character of a "wannabe journalist" in the movie. By her admission, it's a very goofy character. "I play an engineering student who wants to become a big shot journalist despite having no obvious talent.
However, she is full of passion and more often than not, ends up looking very funny. I fell in love with the naivete of the character. In what is otherwise a serious thriller, my parts offer the only comic relief," shares Taapsee. She is paired opposite Arya who plays an expert hacker helping Ajith unearth a scam involving powerful politicians.
Directed by Vishnuvardhan, the movie is set in the backdrop of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. It's a stylish action flick that thrives on Ajith's star power. Taapsee, for one, is a self-proclaimed Ajith fan and flaunts her loyalties declaring, "I am more of an Ajith fan than a Thalaivar (Rajinikanth) fan." Taapsee believes it is Ajith's off screen persona that's most endearing.
"He is so humble. Be it the sweeper or the film's producer, the warmth with which he greets everyone on the sets and otherwise, is the same. He makes sure everyone around him is made comfortable. A thorough gentleman, he is always encouraging his co-stars and technicians. After the shooting was complete, he made it a point to thank me for being a part of the film and said he loved my performance! I was like 'I must thank you'. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him," signs off the actress who is presently shooting for her second Bollywood film,Running Shaadi.com.

Kushal Calls Armaan a Cheater |
Every week, Bigg Boss is fueled with fights and disputes and this week seems to be no different. The luxury budget task, Bigg Boss Ki Toy Factory will bring to the forefront major differences that exist amongst the Bigg Boss contestants.
While on the one hand is Armaan's team comprising of Tanisha, Sangram and Andy who give their best shot in order to meet the targets which have been set by Bigg Boss, on the other hand is Sofia's team which includes Kamya, Kushal and Ajaz suffer setbacks owing to some lazy team members. After Bigg Boss announces the first production order of 50 soft toys to both teams, it results in a series of conflicts that hamper their overall productivity.
The first fight erupts between Kushal and Sofia when Kushal doubts Sofia's proficiency at leading the team thereby making Kushal step back from contributing towards the task. Later in the day, Armaan and Kushal have an argument over the quality of soft toys that Sofia's team has been producing. Further, Kushal calls Armaan a cheater that leads to a big fight between the two where they call each other names and insult each other on a personal level. Since the task is being carried out in the Garden Area, the heat soon gets unbearable for the contestants. Kushal and Ajaz decide to boycott the task and move back inside the house. This worries Kamya because their team will be unable to achieve their goals if they work at half capacity. She tells Ajaz to continue with the task. However, he refuses. Seeing the behaviour of their teams, Sofia and Armaan join hands and decide to approve all the toys.
Things further get ugly when both the teams fail to meet their preliminary targets within the given frame which leads to further friction between them. Ajaz and Armaan resort to snatching raw materials from each other's grasps to meet their production line requirements. Gauahar catches sight of Ajaz and Armaan's brash attitude and intervenes immediately. However, the arguments and spats continue all through the night as the task gets more intense and targets get tougher. Will the housemates will able to make peace and accomplish the task or suffer a major setback in the luxury budget this week?
