Minor Girl Issues Notices To Kamal Hassan, Sudeep And Darshan

Seems like Tamil icon Kamal Hassan, Sandalwood's Superstars Kiccha Sudeep and Challenging Star Darshan are involved in a family dispute. The trio has received a legal notice from 17 year old minor girl, Daksha Gowda. Bangalore Mirror has reported that Daksha Gowda has filed the suit for injunction over Triveni theatre's land in Gandhinagara, Bangalore. She has issued notice to Kamal Hassan, Sudeep, Darshan, and Karnataka Film Chamber Of Commerce (KFCC) President HD Gangaraju, after she learnt that they were willing to purchase the land jointly.

The property, which stands in the heart of the city was leased for the theatres by Daksha's grandfather RS Devkumar and his younger brother RS Umesh in 1996. Later, the duo came across the dispute over the leased land, which was settled down in 1998. Daksha has claimed her share over the ancestral property. The injunction is sought against Daksha's father Ananth, grandfather's younger brother RS Umesh and his family members. Daksha is the daughter of Anant and Sheela, who are now separated. However, Daksha's advocate Shankrappa has cleared that he has cautioned the actors for neglecting his client's share, and the scheduled property, which they are trying to purchase is illegal and not in accordance with law. He said, "We are only intimating them that we have a share and that they should take us into confidence before going ahead with the deal. The legal notice is a formality."
