Virat Kohli is just a friend: Anushka Sharma

City girl Anushka Sharma has been constantly denying that there's anything going on between her and cricketer Virat Kohli. She went on to use Bollywood's redundant term we are "just friends" when questioned about her relationship with Virat. However, our khabrus tell us that the actress was spotted ringing in the new year with the star cricketer at her pad in Mumbai.

Some media persons spotted him driving to her house straight from the airport after returning from his tour of South Africa.

Our source says, "Anushka Sharma who has been shooting for PK and Bombay Velvet, celebrated the New year at her Mumbai pad in the company of special friend Virat Kohli who is just back from his tour of South Africa. In fact, Anushka had sent her car to pickup Virat straight from the airport. He was spotted driving in to her place around midnight and stayed there for quite sometime. While the duo have been constantly denying their special connection, their fondness for each other hints as something else?"

We wonder if the actress has been taking tips from Bombay Velvet co-star Ranbir Kapoor who continues to deny his relationship with Katrina Kaif despite being caught spending time with her on several occasions.
